Call to vote NO to the Covid Act

On 28 November, Swiss voters will decide whether to toughen the Covid Act. This law is unnecessary because the Federal Council already has the possibility, under the Epidemics Act, to take measures to contain a danger. These measures must also be proportionate.

To achieve this, we must therefore count on all the other groups, movements and associations to vote NO to this Covid law, but also, ESPECIALLY, to convince the UNACCEPTABLE.

The law also gives the Federal Council the option of introducing a comprehensive tracing system at national level. This is dangerous because it places the virus not under the control of the state, but under the control of individuals, even in their private sphere. Furthermore, the Federal Council is empowered to take drastic decisions without the possibility of control by the Parliament and the Swiss population.
