Reappraisal Initiative

On 28 August 2024, we submitted the reappraisal initiative as a petition to the Federal Council of the Federal Chancellery. The boxes contained 52,959 signatures calling for a comprehensive reappraisal of the coronavirus period. As we did not succeed in collecting the 100,000 signatures required for a popular initiative despite our great commitment, we decided to submit the strong support in the form of a petition in order to continue to initiate political steps towards coming to terms with the past.
