The initiative has now been presented to the Federal Council as a powerful petition.

The events of 2020 have made it clear how existing laws can be bent and actions
were legitimised by new laws and emergency legislation. It became clear that this could not simply be
and so an initiative committee was formed that worked for around two years to
with various lawyers and in dialogue with the Federal Chancellery, an initiative text for the reappraisal
of those years. The most important concern was not to leave any loopholes open in order to
The aim is to ensure that the intention of the initiative is actually realised.

The collection was launched in spring 2023 and at the same time, the Friends of the Constitution also rose as a

in partnership and well coordinated. Samuel Riggenbach from the Friends of the Constitution,

was collected for the reprocessing initiative.

We have done everything in our power to obtain the information required for a popular initiative.
to collect 100,000 signatures. Despite the tireless efforts, the last
weeks, it was clear that this ambitious goal would not be achieved. Nevertheless, we are grateful and proud of
the commitment and support we have received.

As of today, an impressive 52,312 signatures have been received by the Friends of the Constitution office.
This is a clear sign of how many people are calling for a reappraisal of the coronavirus era.
The key question now was how to make the best possible use of these tens of thousands of clear commitments. The
initiative committee decided to submit this strong support as a petition to the Federal Council.
We are still firmly convinced that the reappraisal of the "plandemic" is necessary.
Initiatives in Germany and the United States show that the organised, in some cases
measures and restrictions of any basis that are maliciously directed against citizens
and do not simply want to be left standing by the people.

The petition will be submitted on Wednesday, 28 August 2024, the day of the initiative's deadline, at 15:00
to the Federal Council. At the same time, we call on parliamentarians to recognise this petition as a
basis for further political steps, such as the submission of a
parliamentary initiative in favour of an independent and extra-parliamentary investigation.

Submission of signatures on 28 August 2024:
14:30 Media conference: we are available for questions
15:00 Handing over the signatures to the Federal Chancellery
