2G certificate obligation is unconstitutional!

On christmas eve, more than 150 Swiss lawyers sent a declaration to the presidents of the National Council and the Council of States. It shows with well-founded and clear facts how untenable the federal government's policy of measures is. The National Council and the Council of States are called upon to finally exercise their control function (BV Art. 169 and 170) and to make it clear to the Federal Council how harmful and unconstitutional the measures are.
With this declaration, the people's representatives are given a great opportunity to let the rule of law flourish again and avert a great deal of unnecessary suffering.
