Based on Art. 33 of the Federal Constitution, we are submitting a petition with the following demands to the Federal Council and to all members of parliament:

• We call on the Confederation and the cantons to refrain from any vaccination propaganda in public schools and training centres.
• We demand that parental consent is mandatory for the vaccination decision of children under 16 years of age, as long as there is no vaccination moratorium for children.
• We demand an immediate moratorium on vaccination for all children under 16. Parliament has the moral and constitutional duty to remove the powers of the FOPH and the Federal Council to invasively intervene in their bodies.
• We demand that the Federal Council undertake not to administer vaccines to children under the age of 16 until they have been approved for an unlimited period in a proper authorisation procedure. Swissmedic must disclose the epidemiological and medical criteria according to which such authorisation was granted.
