SHOPPING & DELIVERY
Our goal is to provide you with the best quality products. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order. Depending on your screen settings, photos in the online shop may be displayed differently (colour and size). Only the product descriptions and their contents are authoritative.
You can view, change and delete your order in your account at any time by clicking the back button or delete the order completely. As soon as you place an order with FREUNDE DER VERFASSUNG, you will receive an automatic confirmation from us to the e-mail address you have provided. With the delivery and acceptance of the order a contractual relationship between you and FRIENDS OF THE CONSTITUTION comes into being. Orders cannot be accepted by telephone.
In the event of transport damage, please report the incident to Swiss Post and us (within 24 hours). We will then get in touch with you.
Delivery within Switzerland is made by Swiss Post. You can choose whether the parcel is sent with Postpac Priority or Postpac Economy. When purchasing, you can pay the amount via online banking. The order will be shipped by us after receipt of payment.

PAY
You can pay with PostFinance Card, VISA, MASTERCARD, Paypal (shop@verfassungsfreunde.ch), Twint. The prices published by us are binding and include the statutory VAT. If there is any suspicion of fraudulent intent, an order may be cancelled by us.

RETURN (RIGHT OF REVOCATION)
Products that are unopened, in their original packaging and in perfect condition can be returned to us with an explicit explanation of the reasons for withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The postage costs are to be borne by the customer. Please always enclose the delivery note supplied or a copy as well as a payment slip or your bank account details.
As soon as the returned goods arrive in our warehouse, we will credit the money to your bank or postal account. We strive to ship products of the best quality. However, if you notice a defect in our products, please notify us within 24 hours. In the case of transport damage, please report the incident to Swiss Post and to us (within 24 hours). We will then get in touch with you.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Your data necessary for the business transaction and the dispatch with the Swiss Post will be stored. The careful handling of your personal data is very important to us. The FRIENDS OF THE CONSTITUTION strictly adhere to the legal provisions when processing and using it. In some cases we need personal data from you, namely:
- when ordering, when paying with Postfinance, credit card, Twint and Paypal
- on making contact
- subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter

We use the personal data in detail to process the orders, to deliver the goods, to process the payment and to inform you about orders, products, services and offers. You can make changes to your data yourself on your personal FRIENDS OF THE CONSTITUTION customer page. We store the personal data primarily for optimal order processing and do not pass them on to other companies.
Exception: the service provider who brings you the ordered goods will of course receive your address. The data thus passed on may only be used by the recipient to fulfil his task. Any other use of the information is not permitted. You may, of course, revoke your permission to use, process and pass on the data for marketing purposes at any time by sending us a message to this effect. However, this does not apply to the data required to process your order. After receiving your objection, we will no longer use, process and transmit the data concerned for purposes other than processing your order, and we will cease sending you further advertising material, including our catalogues. When you place an order, your personal data is transmitted to us. To ensure that these do not fall into the wrong hands, they can be transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure. This is a proven and very secure data transmission procedure on the Internet.
